Ventures, Inc.'s business model is unique because it provides a full scope of
services for on-line users. Our services are based on a model of three components:
Management Consulting through I-Cubation, R&D and Venture Capital. These
components overlap in one point where Mad Ventures focuses (see diagram). I-Cubation
will provide our customers with consulting in IP (intellectual property) as well
as management, human resources, financing, marketing and techonology strategy.
Our R&D department will constantly offer our customers patenting advice
and recommendations. Finally, the Venture Capital component will allow Mad Ventures
to provide investments that our customers can allocate towards R&D and venture
creation.
